
Hybrid Personal Training
Our Hybrid Training option blends in-person and remote training for those who need or want a little bit more of a hands on approach. This option allows for up to 2x/wk in-person sessions and is best suited for someone who wants or thrives on a little extra accountability. Just like our remote option, this program is designed to help build autonomy with certain sessions designed to be do-on-your-own. This is what we strive for every client’s training to look like. It also includes any lifestyle and nutrition behaviors, as desired and within our scope.

$275/mo (up to 1x/wk in-person)
$375/mo (up to 2x/wk in-person)

This option blends the flexibility of remote training with the accountability of our semi-private, in-person training. Hybrid Training allows for up to 2x/wk semi-private, in-person sessions at RTS Barbell with HELM and includes additionally programmed sessions to be completed on the client’s own. This option encourages autonomy but allows for us to watch and finesse anything we might need to in real-time. Hybrid Training is HELM’s ideal training method for both coach and client. This is also a great option for beginners to learn basic movements that are frequently used or for a more experienced lifter to test maxes or learn new movements.
Hybrid Training clients will have full access to RTS Barbell, even outside of their in-person sessions. HELM and RTS Barbell are proud to be able to offer a discounted rate of access to RTS Barbell, which is absorbed in your monthly Hybrid Training dues. Who This Program Is Great For:

Client with access to a well-equipped gym or home gym but wants a bit more hands-on coaching.

Client okay with training on their own some of the time.

Beginner client ready to learn or more advanced lifters who want a bit of security on more maximal and/or higher technique lifts.

Client who can hold themselves accountable to do the work.

Clients that might have varying schedules or need extra flexibility to complete their sessions during the week.
Hybrid Training Clients should expect the following in their training:

The ability of semi-private, in-person training sessions but also allows for more sessions per week delivered remotely.

All training delivered through Everfit app and is specific to the individual. Communication primarily through app as well, but also in-person during in-person sessions.

Requires access to fully-equipped gym.

Individual is allowed up to one (1) or two (2) in-person sessions per week, based on selected plan and as coach schedule allows. This is a great way to get hand’s on attention with a coach present. These are semi-private sessions. These are scheduled through PushPress and slots are limited. Attendance is kept.

Additional training sessions / make-ups are to be completed on their own time.

Full access to RTS Barbell.

Training frequency varies per individual but is decided on their goals, training experience, adherence to programming, and coach’s discretion. Up to 5 days/week.

Nutrition and lifestyle guidance addressed within scope of coach and desire of trainee. These are also at the discretion of the coach and based on adherence.
