
Semi-Private Personal Training
Our Semi-Private, in-person option is a strictly in-person training option. This is the most hands on option and best suited for a more beginner trainee, someone who might be looking for additional guidance on specific training elements, or someone who just enjoys training in-person. These sessions are executed in a semi-private fashion where you will be monitored and instructed with safety as the main focus but also given the freedom to build training autonomy in the process. Like all options, this includes any lifestyle and nutrition behaviors, as desired and within our scope.

This option is strictly for clients wanting all sessions to be in-person and is based on availability. Semi-Private Training is limited in session times, which can vary, but offers full accountability. All sessions will be conducted at RTS Barbell. This option is great for beginners or anyone needing additional accountability, but is more rigid in timing.
Semi-Private Training clients will have full access to RTS Barbell, even outside of their in-person sessions. HELM and RTS Barbell are proud to be able to offer a discounted rate of access to RTS Barbell, which is absorbed in your monthly Semi-Private Training dues. Semi-Private Training clients should expect the following in their training:

Only allows for semi-private, in-person sessions. These are capped so we never exceed 4 clients at any given time.

Does not include additional sessions, but programming still delivered via Everfit and is specific to the individual. Communication primarily through app, but also in-person during sessions.

Individual is allowed up to one (1) or two (2) sessions per week in-person, based on selected plan and as coach schedule allows. These are semi-private sessions. These are scheduled through PushPress and slots are limited. Attendance is kept.

Full access to RTS Barbell.

Make-ups are strictly as schedule allows and if not inhibiting other clients from scheduling their non-make up sessions.

Training frequency is equivalent to the amount of in-person sessions they intend to frequent and in accordance with their selected plan.

Nutrition and lifestyle guidance addressed within scope of coach and desire of trainee. These are also at the discretion of the coach and based on adherence.
