Semi-Private Personal Training

Our Semi-Private Personal Training is best suited for a more beginner trainee, someone who might be looking for additional guidance on specific training elements, or someone who just enjoys training in-person. These sessions are executed in a semi-private fashion where you will be monitored and instructed with safety as the main focus and given the freedom to build training autonomy in the process.

Hybrid Personal Training

Our Hybrid Personal Training option blends our in-person, semi-private training and online training for those who need or want a little bit more of a hands on approach. This option allows for up to 2x/wk in-person, semi-private sessions and has additional programming for you to complete outside of those sessions. This is best suited for someone who wants or thrives on a little extra accountability and is comfortable completing sessions on their own as well. This is what we strive for every client’s training to look like.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching offers you a do-on-your-own program that is completely individual to you and delivered via our app. Wether you have sport-specific or longevity focused goals, this option is best suited for individuals who have previous training experience, enjoy and are able to train on their own, want to build a more autonomous fitness routine. Any and all skill levels welcome!

Here's what to expect.

1 \\ Fill out application / interest form and schedule a 30-min phone consult. After the consult, you’ll be sent our Coaching Services Agreement and payment link to get your training account set up.

2 \\ All of your coaching is delivered via app. We use Everfit for this. Upon sign up you'll receive instructions on how to log in. Follow these and set up your profile. For in-person options, you'll also receive access to our scheduling app!

3 \\ Within a week, you'll receive your programming! In addition to our consult, your first couple of weeks will incorporate a handful of assessments for me to gauge any mobility limitations, strengths and imbalances that might also need to be prioritized in your programming.

4 \\ Train, ask questions, communicate, and check in! You'll complete your training throughout the week, noting anything that stood out and asking questions you have as you go! Each week you'll complete a brief check in for us to connect and see how you're doing!
